" The reason people find it hard to be happy is that they always see the past better than it was and the present worse than it is" Anxiety is pretty common and most of the time we dont know how to stop it or control it. Now a day, it's more and more common to see people suffering from it. It could be some miner anxiety problems, just some casual stress or it could also be heavy anxiety problems, where it could bring to depression and self-harmed or even panic attacks. When it comes to that point, it shouldn't be taken lightly.If you wait too long to get help or to find ways to calm it down, it could be really hard to stabilize it after. But there's always a solution to everything. There are a lot of things you can do to stabilize the anxiety. It's important to try your best to put the solution in action. You need to get up and tell yourself " I'm going to get out of this and take control of my life." You can't let stress take control of you and your dreams, you can't give it the power to take over you. You just have to stop letting it control you. Here are some advices and solutions on how to calm your anxiety. I've lived with heavy anxiety all my life and these tips have helped me. - When you feel overwhelmed, go to a quiet room where you're alone, close the light, sit down, close your eyes and slowly breathe in and out. Listen to your heart beat. Take 10 to 15 minutes to yourself. Don't think about anything just keep your concentration on your heart beat. - There's also meditation that usually helps a lot, but with meditation you need to do it often. It will help you make peace with your mind and yourself. - When you have too much stress and nothing seems to work, take some little you time. Take a hot bath, draw or listen to music. Do what you love when you do, it will calm you down. You'll feel secure, you'll stop thinking about the things that makes you anxious and the stress will slowly go away. - Drinking cold water will help you calm down when your anxiety is too much. There's also calm music that could help you relax. - Humour is a great way to put your mind away from your anxiety. Watch a comedy, listen to the comedy radio, hangout with someone that is a real clown. Laughing will distract and calm your anxiety. " Do not let your difficulties fill you with anxiety, after all it is only in the darkest nights that stars shine more brightly" Those tips have helped me a lot, I hope they can help you too.
