'' My strength did not come from lifting weights. My strength came from lifting myself up when I was knocked down'' At this young age we think that we can't make it through the dark, we think that we will keep drowning. And no matter what we do we will always feel like a dead man walking. You don't see the strength that you have. Every time you got knocked down you stood back up, maybe it took time but you still did. You woke up this morning and you got out of bed. Every little thing that you do everyday proves how strong you are. You hold on every second of it no matter how hard it gets. You see weakness because you broke down crying that one night, I see strength, being able to deal with so much. Sometimes the walls that we built in our mind break and that's okay, there's so much we can take but that doesn't make you weak. Sometimes others cannot understand our pain cause they haven't lived it but that doesn't mean that there's not someone out there that understand everything you're going through. You need to see and understand that it will always get better. No matter how dark it is you'll always find the light that brights up your path. You are strong and you need to believe it. Maybe some challenges are harder than the others but you will always get through it. You need to keep in mind that you are not alone through all of this and the worst thing to do is to keep all that inside. When I look in your eyes I see all that strength, when I stare into your soul I can see that it's damage but I can also see how much you are trying not to give up, trying not to break down, trying to stay stable and I'm proud of you simply because you are trying, you're not giving up at the first bump in the road. You pull yourself together and try again. And that's how we get out of this loop, this is how we say goodbye to the darkness, by trying to keep fighting. You'll be out sooner than you think. You'll be able to live the happy life that you deserve. Forget about the rest, focus on yourself. Keep that strength and prove all of them wrong. '' A strong person is not the one who doesn't cry. A strong person is the one who cries and sheds tears for a moment, then gets up and fights again.''
